Philosophy
Discover Tec allows divers curious about tec diving
to try out a full technical rig in controlled conditions. Because of the
emphasis on trying tec diving, the use of a full, standardized technical
setup as required for Tec 45 and beyond is recommended.
Discover Tec
may be credited towards the Tec 40 course if you meet all performance requirements
for the dive. However, performing the skills is not required for the experience.
You will need your basic scuba gear and you will try technical scuba diving equipment
such as twin tanks, manifold, lift bag and stage tanks which will be supplied as part of the experience.

Prerequisites
PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent, 18 years, 10 logged dives.
Duration
Half day, 1 confined or limited open water dive.
